This is Crawford’s own published policy, not a summary of it. John and Wanda Crawford have run the shop on Old Route 66 for over 25 years, and this is the part they put in writing.

How a call runs
Thirty minutes, and the diagnostic clock only ever runs once
A service call buys you at least half an hour, so a basic repair gets finished inside the call rather than turning into a second one. Troubleshooting is capped at $65, one time. After that, the hunting is on us. If the system still isn’t right and we come back inside a month, there’s no second service call charge.

The name is painted on the building, and the phone number with it
Crawford’s isn’t a dispatch number routed to whoever’s free. It’s a shop on Old Route 66 with John and Wanda’s name across the gable end, open Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with emergency service outside those hours.

Prices vary, and Crawford's charges as low as $65. You get the number before we drive out, not after the work is done.
You should expect at least 30 minutes, so that a basic repair can be completed for the price of the service call.
We never charge more than $65, one time, for troubleshooting a problem. After that, it's on us.
If we have to come back out within a month, we don't charge for another service call. We may charge for additional labor if we find something new, but we'll be clear about that with you before we start.
We have a money back guarantee on our labor. Naturally, we warranty the parts and labor on any repair.
